Sea Resources Management celebrates World Oceans Day 2009. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: Since 1992, World Oceans Day has been celebrated on the 8th of June to enhance the awareness of the world’s oceans and mobilise the general public to take action to conserve our shared marine environment.
Through our projects and public engagement, SRM hopes to contribute to an increase in awareness on the state of our oceans, particularly surrounding the Asian region, toward recognizing the importance of the oceans to all forms of life on earth.
